I am a member of FIAIP, the Italian Federation of Professional Estate Agents. From 2017 to 2025, I served two consecutive terms as FIAIP Provincial President for La Spezia, from 2017 to 2021 and from 2021 to 2025. Since 2025, I have served as FIAIP Regional Secretary for Liguria, continuing my commitment to representing, developing and promoting professional standards among real estate agents.

These experiences have broadened my perspective on the industry and strengthened my belief that ongoing training, expertise and respect for regulations are essential to providing a high-quality service. My career has also included an entrepreneurial chapter with GMPunto Casa, a business that represented an important milestone in my professional journey.

Over time, Valeria Ricci and I have built a professional partnership founded on mutual respect, shared values and a common vision of the real estate profession.
